Sound insulation for condo dweller beginning in unit 12 on shared party walls addition of 5/8 blueboard and geen glue on two walls appx. 16 x and 8--16 x 40. On shared party wall with unit 11 demilec pour in place injection foam to be used to seal all wall penetrations electrical plumbing sprinkler heads etc. Acoustical sealant to be applied around perimeter of shared wall. Walls to be plastered prepped and painted to closely match existing finish. Two sprinkler heads to be assessed and if necessary brought to match new surface by original licensed installers. Additional work to occur under separate permit in unit 13 that will be paid for by the owner of unit 12.
