We will perform a total of six borings extended to feet below existing grades. The borings will be drilled utilizing 3. 25-inch hollow-stem, continuous-flight augers and will generate an approximately 6-inch annulus. After geotechnical exploration is completed, the boring will be backfilled with bentonite slurry, 2lb bentonite powder to 1gal water. Borehole abandonment will be performed by tremie-grouting via a positive displacement pump for the bottom of the borehole.

Due diligence investigation. Installation of six 3-inch diameter geoprobe direct-push soil borings to depths of feet below grade. All six of the borings will be completed as temporary piezometers using 1-inch diameter pvc pipe. Borings/temporary piezometers will be open no longer than 24 hours and will be abandoned on the same day as drilling by tremi-grouting, using a 2 pounds bentonite to 1 gallon of water slurry, per doee regulations. Idw will be properly managed.
