Pier and pile repair, gangway install:remove damaged access pier and piles, access ladder, two failing float piles, and one mooring pile; replace with a new pier, piles and add a new gangway to provide access to the moorage float. The solid wood decking on the access pier will be replaced with grating. Creosote treated wood piling will be replaced with galvanized steel piles. The gangway will replace the access ladder for safety, and primarily be over the float, not over tidelands. See project drawings for details on existing and proposed structures.
