Repair existing right side backyard fence in kind.

Build an extension of existing 7 ft. Tall pressure treated wood back yard fence. The new fence will be constructed with the same design, same pressure treated wood, with 7 ft. Tall by 45 ft. 6 inches long with a inches wide gate. The new extension of the fence will extend from the south right corner of the back yard, where the existing fence ends by the corner of the house, forward parallel to the house and ending 4 ft. 6 inches before the front wall of the house. The gate will be framed between the fence and the house. Footings for the 4 ft. By 4 ft. Posts will be inches deep to be below freezing line.

Relocate hot tub and install 30ft long inches tall retaining wall.
