-tear off all existing roofing down to the deck. -inspect the wood decking. Any deteriorated decking will be removed and replaced. -mechanically fasten 1 4" densdeck to the wood deck. -mechanically fasten a mil tpo roof membrane over the new insulation. -install new white drop metal to the wood deck and heat weld it to the membrane. -install all new flashing. This includes flashing along any vertical walls and all pipes. We will extend all wall flashings up the wall and terminate it under the existing brick coping cap with termination bar. -all associated roof debris will be removed and job site will be left neat and clean.
