Ti - to existing albertsons - demo steel x brace and replace wall w new metal stud shear wall lineal feet. This work was originally part of 1021-200702 but was not done because of unforseen circumstances so is being done as seperate permit.

Ti - to existing albertsons interior face lift. Demo 17 lineal feet of wall to enlarge fish and meat deparment. Relocating coolers freezer, new floor drains and sinks. Adding speciality lighting. New paint and interior finishes and replacing floor tile and pro coating the ceiling. Expanding pharmacy adding lineal feet of walls. Misc slab work to repair slab where old floor drains were located. 1-16-08 plan change see conditions of approval. Vam

Reface only 3 signs as follows a - pylon sign, b&c - multi-tenant road sign (both sides) for albertson
