Minor interior alterations on th eexisting building: 1). New interior finishes such as flooring, tile, paint, etc. 2). New energy star rated entry door and windows, air sealing & caulking. 3). Minor drywall repairs as needed. 4). New woodwork, interior doors and hardware, trim, closet shelving, etc. 5). New kitchen cabinets (same layout). 6). New appliances. Additional permits will be required and obtained by subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, hvac, and roofing
