Windows and doors to comply with emergency egress standards per irc.. New door opening for 36 inch door. Flash roof to new front. Vertical reinforcement every 24 inches. Install returns into party walls for structural connection. Flash and seal roof. Install 2 x 4 frame wall, r-13 insulation and sheetrock on interior front wall for finish. No other work allowed under this permit.
