New wall will be wood frame construction. All work to be completed per engineers plan and report ; prepared by michael mota, pe. Engineer responsible for supervision of required special inspections. Separate permit required for any other proposed work and certificate of occupancy prior to occupancy of this structure. No other work authorized by this permit.
