Renovations to existing bldg for custom assembly.... Light machinery used to produce candles. They use a melter to melt the wax, which feeds the wax after its melted into a cougar. The cougar then combines the melted wax with the various scents, and pumps the scented wax into the individual plastic candle containers. The equipment is on a very small scale( approximately 3x 5, and both pieces of equipment are equipped with wheels to move to different locations. The downstairs office space is already built out. There will be some slight modifications to the break room, and the bathroom will be modified to meet ada standards. The top of the existing office space will be converted from its present state of storage to office space, which includes an addition of a new bathroom...
