As this is considered a residential project (townhouses) i have entered each of them as such. April 2, 2007 11:11:24 am bdavis planned community townhomes built in units of 4 per building. Lot 52; willow creek village project approved as a level ii via unified development ordinance. Street trees and buffering are required as per permit conditions. Front setbacks measured from new rights-of-ways (kirby). Side and rear yard setbacks measured from perimeter boundary as shown on approved master plan.
