Complete one soil boring to a depth up to feet for the collection of soil and groundwater samples as part of a property transaction. The soil boring will be backfilled immediately upon completion of drilling. No disturbed soils will be used to backfill the soil borings. The soil boring location shall be tremie-grouted in one continuous operation from the bottom of the soil boring upward to the ground surface. A bentonite slurry mix will consist of at least two pounds bentonite powder to one gallon of water. The surface will be completed to match existing grade and materials. Lod is less than one ft2
