Temporary use and occupancy is valid until march 1, 2013.

-fabricate and install new sign to install one (1) double-faced sintra/aluminum sign to read the original oyster factory: seafood restaurant & bar per drawings submitted & stamped approved on 10/15/13. Sign will measure: 36w x 31h x 8 thickness sign will hang perpendicular to the street, centered above the door, from new 3 square aluminum bracket to be painted black. Bracket to extend from the building no more than 48. Sign will have a blue background with gold lettering no additional illumination or lighting is approved to hang temporary 24 x 36 banner to read the original oyster factory: seafood restaurant & bar from 10/15 through 10/29/13 while sign is being fabricated. Banner shall be removed and not reinstalled after permanent sign is installed. Note: all existing signs must be removed.
