For alterations to include new interior partition walls, new fire barrier walls, new exterior fenestrations, new interior and exterior stair installations, new floor framing, roof replacement, front wall replacement, and new exterior stucco covering. Install wiring through out, 2 - 100amp pnaels with 100amp disconnet breakers and 1 - 150amp service with 150amp disc onnect, 14 switches, lights as pe r2005 nec gfi in kitchens & baths, arc fault bed rooms also wire and install 2 alarm systems 1 d7024 with 4 pull stations through out and 8 devices (horn storbes) 9 smokes install 3 cctv security cameras (west district)

Installation of two (2) bryant model 352 gas fired, direct vent furnaces and associated ductwork. One unit in the first floor commercial space and one unit on the second floor residential space. Each unit less that 2,0 cfm.
