Tiller remodel, repair, reroof. Replacing existing. Lcs; amendment to add deck;scc; called applicant contact, requested they submit a building permit amendment site plan showing the property boundaries, location of existing buildings, proposed new construction footprint/outline and the related distances from the new construction to all property boundary lines and all rights-of-ways /easements. Of particular concern is that it appears the existing home has been placed too close to the left side property boundary. Site plan shows proposed new deck location to keep in same building line as existing home. Lot width may not meet minimum standards for the rs-8 district either. Therefore, both lot and structure appear to be nonconforming. Cannot issue zoning permit to expand nonconforming structure in a way that creates additional nonconformities.
