Complete interior gut renovation to acheive new floor layouts. Work to include all new interior framing, electrical, plumbing, gas work, hvac, insulation, plaster board and trim work. All new kitchen and bathrooms. Exterior work to consist of replacing existing decking and rails with composite material framing to remain intact. 3 windows in new kitchen area will need to be shortened to acheive counter top height. Windows are to remain in same location just shortened from bottom up. Remove window and door heading to deck and will replace with new 6 french door. Remove 3 existing skylights and replace with new units not to be relocated.
