The homeowner requested that we come over to her home to look at some work that another plumber completed several years ago. The plumber that did the work (a remodel i believe), did not pull a permit. She told us that the city of asheville told her she could have another plumber check the work and have an inspection afterwards. Our technician went over and checked what he could see.
