Build x 16" wooden deck in rear attached to existing single family dwelling. Attached with 2x12 pressure treated ledger board fastened with non corrosive fasteners. Flashing is required at ledger attachment. One story elevation. 12" in diameter concrete footing 36 " below grade with 6 x 6 vertical pressure treated wood supports min 18" from property lines. 2 x joists 16" o. C. With non corrosive joist hangers. 42" high railing guard with 4" o. C spacing for spindle. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with the ez permit standard for alteration dated february 2007 (attached) deviation from this "standard" will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties.
