Contacted customer & left message on cell phone voicemail stating would need to get driveway permit. 4/24/03 ars; grading approved as submitted. Approved to grade 15 sf at 56 shady oak drive lot 7 for a single family dwelling. Slopes are not to exceed a 2:1 slope. If fill is brought in & placed on site, the inspector needs to know where it is from & whether a permit was acquired for that site as well. If the inspector feels there is a problem from the work being done, he will require additional erosion control measures.
