For the erection of an addition to the third story of an existing structure for the erection of a roof deck above the second story located at the rear of the new third floor addition, and for level ii alterations to expand one (1) dwelling unit on the third floor within an existing five-family dwelling into the new third-floor addition, as per plans; separate permits required for any and all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work; third floor dwelling unit to be sprinklered with nfpa 13r minimum or better.

For the erection of a third floor addition above existing two(2) story portion of an existing structure; for the erection of a roof deck at rear for an existing multi-family household living ( five(5) dwelling units) . Size and location as shown in the application.
