To repair rebuild conti elevation wall of the main building as per architectural committee approval of 12 13 16, final plans received 12 05 16, and stamped vcc approved 12 19 16. Work includes but is not limited to: removing vertical sections of bricks from between the in-place shoring rebuilding the wall in sections, utilizing helific-cemties every 16 in a staggered patter to tie the rebuilt sections in with the interior wythe of brick removing the shoring as work progresses across the wall stuccoing and finishing the wall to match the adjacent surfacenote: ties to be placed in mortar joints as much as possible. Cracked or broken bricks shall be replaced to match existing in color, size, material, porosity, detail, profile and exposure.
