A separate permit for the actual installation is required. No traffic control plan or other occupancy of public space is approved as a part of this permit. The expiration date is listed as the expected completion date of work. The paving work itself is permitted for the duration of the paving fixture.

Scope of work: 1. This permit is to install new driveway, sidewalk, and leadwalk as per approved plans. 2. Applicant permittee is to apply for occupancy permit with required traffic control plan to show the redirection of pedestrians and motorist. 3. Sidewalk and curb lane is to remain open at all times with this permit. 4. Must call ed neugent at 202-535-2347 to schedule delivery of original permit. 5. Staging of material and equipment is not to impede on pedestrians passageway.
