Make safe permit to comply case #3270 work to include: repair and replace missing bricks in black wall and then stucco. Install new lentils and windows in back upstairs windows throughout. Replace two rear doors and two front doors. Repair and replace roof sheeting, installation and rubber on roofs where needed.

Level i alterations to include upgrades to finishes as per approved letter. No new partitions. Remove replace all damaged or missing drywall, interior doors, bathroom fixtures on the 1st and 2nd floor. Install new subfloor and hardwood flooring at the 1st floor floor level.
