Remodeling existing first floor in an area of 22 feet by 34 feet with living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, powder bathroom and stair. Provide second floor addition of 22 feet by 34 feet with three bedrooms with regular closets and two full bathrooms, new second floor framing walls framing and roof framing, new windows, exterior walls with brick and stucco.
