To install four (4) bullet cameras mounted to the underside of the rear balcony and the burgundy facade soffit per cut sheet and diagram submitted 08/21/14 & stamped vcc approved 08/21/14cameras shall be painted to match adjacent building surface. All conduit and wiring shall be placed along the inside corners of building surfaces as much as possible, such as along gallery/balcony purlins at the deck line, and painted to match the adjacent surfaces. Note: dome style cameras may be mounted on exterior walls a minimum of 8-6above the sidewalk, provided they are painted to match the adjacent wall color. Bullet style cameras may be mounted on the wall a minimum of 9 above the sidewalk or a maximum of 18 below the bottom of the gallery/balcony/soffit material provided the camera and mounting hardware are painted to match an adjacent material.

Remove french doors from service ell balconyremove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards. Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5/4x4 s2s t&g floorboards, and 7/8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposurepaint to match existing

The scope of work includes structural reinforcement to stabilize an existing rear dependency and balcony repairs. There is to be no visible change to the masonry structure. Balcony repairs to match existing.
