Separate permit required for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work.

Complete demolition of existing building by mechanical means. All permitted demolition activity to be in accordance with approved site safety demolition plan & such plan to be maintained on site at all times. A covered walkway or sidewalk closure shall be required within 5 ft of the building facade in accordance with section 3306 of the ibc. Separate building or street permits are required. Asbestos removal required prior to the start of demolition.
