Make safe permit to comply unsafe violation on case #597491. Application to repair the first floor balcony. Existing concrete balcony will be removed and replaced light gauge steel traction tread planking and galvanized steel members. The existing guardrails and stairs will be reused on the balcony. All work per signed and sealed plans and engineers report. Separate permit for any work outside of permit description.
