Patch floor and ceiling where pipe removed replace fan/light. Run elect to w&d. Modify hall cabinets to allow for new stackable w/d unit. Vent dryer if nec. Repl 3 bsmt windows w/new whit vinyl units, repair 4 back columns w/cement stucco. Point mortar joints at rear of hse foundation and at cellar stairs. Remoe, dispose and replace rear stair and landing w pt framing, vinyl decking and rails to match front porch.
