1. Remove existing siding on front of house and repoint bricks where applicable. 2. Replace eleven front windows with one-over-one, all-wood pella architect series dounble-hung windows to fit original masonry openings and replace/patch sill. At top of all windows install solid wood lunette panels (no plywood) to be decorated with symmetrial victorian scrollwork design carved or routed into panels and then painted 3. Replace front door with wood half-lite over two horizontal panels. Including transom. Door jamb to include brick mold to match windows. Door to be douglas fir, white oak, cedar or equal. No red oak or poplar. Door hardware to be baldwin or schlage. 4. Paint cast-iron stoop and metal cornice.
