Improvements to prentis frazier park, including removal of existing paving, concrete stairs, play area curb, play area equipment,and play area surfacing, etc.; protection of existing features to remain; modification of drainage system, installation of new drain pipe; installation of new play equipment, play area containment concrete curb, retaining wall, and play area synthetic playground grass surfacing; preparation of subgrades and soils; installation of asphalt overlay, concrete paving, and site furnishings; temporary erosion and sedimentation control; and hydroseed, planting, and restoration of disturbed site. The proposal will refresh and repair what currently exists on the site. No new development is proposed; areas of native vegetation around the perimeter, including the steep slope areas, will be repaired and restored.
