I saw new sheet rock on the walls and ceiling in several areas. It looked like new framing was done near the front entry to the house(but covered w/rock). I noticed electrical boxes new in the walls. There was a wet saw being used for tile work in bathroom. I asked one of the workers to show me their permits. They had no permits to show me. I called jay eichhorn and went to do other inspections unit he was free to call me back. I discussed the work being done without permits. He instructed me to deliver a stop work order. I drove back to this address and was denied access to the house by orders given to one of the workers by the owner. I posted the stop work order at the front door and explained to the workers that all work is required to stop. The fines are: building 1 electrical 1 plumbing 1 total fine of 3 i gave the department address and i
