To add a public metter and a amp cricuit and replace existing meter

We are looking to drive a series of free pedi cabs in isolated areas of boston and give people free samples of a new ice cream bar. The ice cream will be individually wrapped and packaged. We would want to be in one area each week. For example week 1 we would be in back bay only week 2 we would be in the financial district only etc etc. I have provided a summary below. Dates: begins june 16th duration: 6 weeks area: back bay fenway financial districts theater district. Amount of pedi cabs: up to operation days- 5 days ea. Week hours - 8 hours ea. Day product sampling - pre packaged ice cream
