March 27, 2013 11:46:24 am pamk. Rswo, 2 complaints lodged with the same info, 1 anonymous, 2nd - tina cook, redacted phone number. Hoarding issues - overflow from house onto porch and several vehicles in yard. I will contact sanitation forward to sanitation to look at vehicles in the yard. Pjk; the address in question is 398 deaverview rd. I found 4 vans sitting at this residence at least 2 have current license plates. 3 of the 4 were filled with junk. 2 of the 3 filled with junk may violate the udo if they do not have current license plates or will not run. The other violation spoken of was storage of material things on the back porch area of the home. This storage does not block the rear exit door and should not be a violation of our minimum housing code. I spoke with will concerning my finding and we are in agreement that nothing discovered in this investigation pertains to or is regulated by our minimum housing code.
