Tpr-this project includes the construction of a 5 story 25 unit addition to the existing building. Limited improvements and alterations will be made to the existing apartment building at the points of connection.

This project includes repair and improvements to common areas and unit interiors

This project includes the selective demolition and removal of interior non-loadbearing partitions, finishes, fixtures, and equipment.

Civil site work only related to construction of an addition to an existing 5 story building including driveway repair, grading, utility installation, stormwater management installation, and walkway removal.

A total of two 6-inch diameter soil test borings will be drilled using 2. 25-inch continuous hollow stem flight augers. The borings will extend to a maximum depth of feet below current site grades using a truck-mounted drill rig. The samples will be containerized in glass jars for geotechnical classification and laboratory testing. After boring completion the boreholes will be grouted with bentonite slurry 2 lbs of bentonite to 1 gallon of water and the auger cuttings and all other investigation derived waste will be containerized in sealed drums per ddoe permit.

Replacement in kind of existing fence on private property. Replacement in kind, when applied to architectural features, means replacement with a feature of like material that replicates the existing feature in proportion, appearance, texture, design, detail and dimensions.

Installation of 1 temporary construction trailer on private property.
