For the installation of an automatic wet (dry head @ bike room) sprinkler system with two inch (2") fire service line, backflow prevention device, fire department connection in accordance with nfpa 13-r throughout a four (4) story structure; work also includes two (2) interconnected class i manual wet standpipes to be installed per nfpa 14. Separate permits required for all plumbing and electrical work.

For the installation of a new hvac system including (24) hvac units- forced air heat pumps with ductwork as per plans.

Install new 800amp 3 phase service and wiring throughout with new switches, outlets, gfci and light fixtures as per 2008 nec (west district) install new fire alarm system with strobes, horns, smokes, detectors, heat detectors and pull stations as per nfpa72
