The project scope is to improve the interior quality of two second floor bedrooms. The improvements to the western-most bedroom includes replacing one existing door and one existing window with a new sliding patio door that leads to the existing balcony. Scope also includes minor interior work, including the removal of a closet and the reconfiguration of certain doorway locations. Any electrical or mechanical work necessary to complete the job is included, like relocating light swtiches or a base board radiator. New paint is to be applied to the walls and ceilings. The wood floor is to be patched and repaired as necessary.
