Interior non-structural demo only. Homeowner will perform demolition of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and flooring throughout home. Homeowner is meeting with an architect to discuss potentially adding a bathroom to the home, and excavating the basement to create a functioning ceiling height. Plans for these items will be submitted (if homeowner decides on this route) and permits pulled for this work; otherwise the kitchen and bathroom cabinets will be replaced with new and flooring/paint throughout home.
