On the right side of the house, the concrete porch is supported by several metal columns,3 of which are badly rusted. My plan is to install 5 solid 8 block columns, on 18", 4foot deep footings. Also the old columns will be removed. There is a metal railing post that needs repair. On the left side of the house, there are 2 staircases, where the stairs need re repair, and a metal railing post that needs repair. I also plan to apply stucco to the sides of the staircase
