Pmd; recd amended plans to change of hvac location & adjacent framing sheetrock;ca h; recd revised floor plan layout. Pmd; amndment received to change doors 106 a & b , 111 a.; recd amendment to add seperate gas contractor;cah; asheville north seventh day adventist church all permits final jsb; traffic engineering approved as planned. Must apply to ncdot for access permit. Must close all existing drive entrances and restore with concrete curb and gutter to match existing curb and gutter. No "building code summary" provided.; building safety review comments the approved plans with the attached review comments are required to be at the job site for use by the field inspector(s) at all times. The building permit is required to be posted at the jobsite at all times. Failure to post approved permits & plans at site is a fine, fine must be paid before next inspection is requested. For building inspections call maro slaughter at redacted phone number. All subcontractors need to complete trade application for project. Subcontractors need to either visit the permit office or fax copy of application to (828)redacted phone number for activation of electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits.; called customer 01/11/2006. October 26, 2007 9:51:46 am ssalyer applied for grading waiver;stated that ray was out and did a site visit and he needed to apply only for a waiver;sls; neighborhood corridor district; zoning permit review and approval for cosmetic grading on and for a grading wavier permit to reshape and move earth for stabilization and grassing of site after building demolition.
