Water heaters must comply with code section p-815. 2, for drip pans and indirect waste. Airconditioning condensate discharge must comply with code section p-1201. 1 (#7), for indirect waste.

For the installation of a fire suppression system in accordance with nfpa 13 on the first floor commercial space and nfpa 13r for the upper floor residential units, as per approved plans. All work shall be performed by a fire suppression contractor licensed by the city of philadelphia.
