With non corrosive joist hangers. 42" high railing guard with 4" o. C spacing for spindle. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with the ez permit standard for alteration dated february 2007 (attached) deviation from this "standard" will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties.
