Refurbishment and widening of existing driveway. Existing driveway has fallen into disrepair and currently consists of broken concrete and dirt. A new concrete apron will be laid, replacing existing broken concrete and dirt, and a new dry-laid brick portion will be laid, to conform with and to continue existing dry-laid brick sidewalk. Alignment of driveway and curb cut is currently one foot out and curb therefore will be cut one foot further to the south, thus widening driveway from 8 feet inches to 9 feet inches.
