Take some space from the rear bedroom, a frame, by building a frame wall through this rear bedroom to provide egress from the middle bedroom, a part of the original brick row house, to an existing window in the rear bedroom. Using space in the laundry room, construct a 4 foot closet which can be accessed from inside the middle bedroom by opening the wall between the laundry room and the middle bedroom. I. E., the closet will be in the laundry room, and will not take space from the middle bedroom, but the closet can be accessed by sliding doors from within the middle bedroom.
