Aas; owners affidavit and application fees received. Ck#371921. Aas; downtown commission reviewed the plan and approved. Architect keith hargrove provided plans and a booklet of elevations and materials; approved with conditions, see staff report; p&z voted to recommend approval by a vote of 6-0; issue of alt d/w to woodfin street has two possible solutions.; revised plans received for p&z. Aas; approved by city council by a vote of 6 with conditions outlined by trc and cc staff report. Alternative access to woodfin street approved either solution.; revised plans, fees, and application for final review submitted. Aas; one set of revised plans, checklists, and a copy of the trc staff report hand-delivered to leslie oliver for grading/stormwater review. Aas; project going to trc for final review on april 2; r

April 19, 2007 9:50: am scarver commercial construction trailer for sexton construction-12 months;scc plan check till alan glines arrives back early next week. Appears to be council approved conditional use permit. Need to touch base with alan before i continue to process. Swr april 19, 2007 12:34:18 pm stuartr ; zoning site plan permit approved for temporary construction trailer as per sec. 7-14-2 (c). The factory-fabricated, transportable building may remain on the site for no more than 12-months and maybe renewed for another 12 months based on shown good cause. No temporary construction office may remain more than three years or after the city issues the certificate of compliance for the development.
