1st floor kitchen renovation

Replace 8 windows for front sun porch. Miscellaneous plastering and trim work as required.

Replace rotted framing on the first floor porch as needed.

We will supply the necessary materials and labor required for the renovation of the second floor kitchen, bathroom, and study as per the plans dated 7 15 16. We will disconnect, remove, and dispose of the existing kitchen cabinets and appliances as required for the renovation. We will remove and replace 5 windows and eliminate 3 other windows. We will insulate any exterior walls that are opened as a result of the renovation as required. We will rerough and upgrade the kitchen plumbing, gas fitting, and electrical wiring for the renovation. We will supply and install a new kitchen sink and faucet for the new kitchen. We will supply and install a new bar sink and faucet for the new study. We will connect a new gas fired fireplace in the study. We will plaster finish walls and ceilings that are disturbed as required. We will install the new kitchen cabinets and granite counter top with backsplash. We will deliver the kitchen, bathroom, and study ready for paint and have made no allowance
