Adc.; rec amendment for stormwater re-submittal; rec amendment for certificats of inspection agreement & revised calc sheets to chuck cranford; through the trc major subdivision proposed name "winscott" has not yet named any of these already platted internal streets. Project contact is chris day, p. E. Swr august 2015 ; this street is a new street now under construction. It came through the trc development review process under a few different subdivision names (waterleaf, springtime, haw creek waters road). The lots have already been platted. The subdivision is now known as winscott. The new street name is manchester dr (was pina pl, happy ct & happy st). I believe the street was planned to be constructed to public standards. As of last week no street name sign has been installed and i do not recall if the street name sign install requirement was listed in the trc staff report. The developer may
