Install 25 light fixtures, relocate outlets & 15 switches fonto esxisting 100amp service as per 2008 nec (east district)

Ez permit standard alterations - for alterations to an existing one family dwelling as per attached standard. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties. Work to include tile floors, 2 exterior doors, 7 interior doors and windows in existing openings, repair stairwell, gwb taped & finished & painting throughout as per the attached standard. Separate permits required for plumbing, electric and hvac. Call inspector at district office at least 24 hours prior to starting work.
