Remove existing concrete driveway and stone retain walls. Save all stones for re-use. Widen driveway to allow for egress from cars. Rebuild retaining walls with concrete footing, reinforced masonry an salvaged stone facing. Match existing stone wall design, height and mortar joint detail. Retain existing stair at garage end of drive and construct new set of stairs at the west side of the driveway. Finish driveway surface with concrete avers with polymeric sand joints.
