Numerous code violations, the most significant being the electrical service is being shared with the upstairs dwelling unit. No individual meter/panel for downstairs. Only one meter and panel for entire structure. Illegal trap under bathroom sink, piping/fixtures upside down. Blow-off for hot water heater tied to sewer vent. Studor vent for kitchen sink undersized. Illegal discharge point for clothes washer. Outlet spacing in kitchen (and mostly throughout) is wrong. One kitchen outlet is not gfi.
