Make safe permit - to replace 15 floor joist (fire damaged) 9 in second floor & 6 on first floor. All floor sheathing to be replaced (3 4 plywood). Complete new rubber roof under 5 sqft. Rebuild rear wall on existing foundation in 8 inch cmu, install two (2) pre-fab stairwells, staircases per engineer report and plans. Contact area inspector prior to start of work. Permit to comply case #568796. Separate permits for hvac, electrical, plumbing, and building required as needed.
